EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique
EFT uses gentle tapping on the meridian points on your face, neck and chest. It is very fast and effective linking memories and emotions attached and reducing emotional charges. It can be used as an immediate technique to reduce states of anxiety, panic and overwhelm.
MBIR is a simple yet powerful technique that blends mindfulness and energy therapy to support emotional and physical healing. MBIR helps release stress, trauma, and limiting patterns without needing to revisit painful memories. It’s a gentle, non-intrusive method that promotes calm, clarity, and balance by working on both the mind and body simultaneously. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, grief, trauma, or physical symptoms linked to emotional stress, MBIR offers a safe and empowering way to heal on your own terms.
This is a gentle and powerful technique using a specific set of questions. Answers are written or drawn - the client chooses whether or not to share what is coming up. A meditation is done at the end dissolving the dense energies replacing them with what the person wants to feel instead.
QFH is an energetic practice involving breathwork, guided relaxation, meditation and visualisation within the Quantum. The Power and control is in your hands and you are guided how to use it for your benefit. To release trapped emotions, past traumas, pain, energetic ties and break cycles to restore balance and flow, improve your energetic vibration which in turn improves your well being.
These sessions are gentle, with some talking and a short meditation and visualisation, taking the kids to the Quantum to let go of what has been troubling them and move forward lighter with renewed energy and beliefs about themselves and the world.
