A Deeply Supported Experience
You’ll meet weekly in a small, intimate group (maximum of 6 participants) for live 2-hour online sessions. Each session builds on the last,
combining expert guidance, shared reflection, and grounded emotional practices.
You’ll also have access to a private Facebook group, where you can connect, share, and feel supported in between sessions. This becomes a nurturing community - a safe space where you’re reminded you’re not alone.
