The Parent-Child Connection - a 10-week online course designed to help you understand yourself, your child, and the dynamics that shape your relationship, so you can move from survival mode into deep, meaningful connection.

 

Helps calm the nervous system and reduce the intensity of anxious or panicked states - often within minutes. Ideal for those who feel emotionally dysregulated or easily overwhelmed.

 

 

This isn’t your typical parenting course.

 

You won’t find lists of tips or tricks here. Instead, you’ll be gently guided to explore:

What triggers you emotionally - and how to respond instead of react

This course may challenge you at times. It invites you to pause, reflect, and see things from a new perspective. But through this process, you’ll

begin to uncover the kind of parent - and person - you truly want to be.

 

It can be used both as a deep therapeutic process and as a quick tool for immediate emotional relief in the moment.

A Deeply Supported Experience

 

You’ll meet weekly in a small, intimate group (maximum of 6 participants) for live 2-hour online sessions. Each session builds on the last,

combining expert guidance, shared reflection, and grounded emotional practices.

 

You’ll also have access to a private Facebook group, where you can connect, share, and feel supported in between sessions. This becomes a nurturing community - a safe space where you’re reminded you’re not alone.
