How is this different from traditional talk therapy?
We weave together elements of talk therapy, somatic (body-based) practices, and energy healing. While talk therapy focuses mostly on the mind, our work gently includes the body and soul too. This helps uncover and release deeper patterns that talking alone sometimes can’t reach.
Do I need to believe in energy healing for this to work?
Not at all. Many of our clients come from medical or scientific backgrounds and were initially unsure about the spiritual side of the work. What matters most is your willingness to be curious and open to the process — the healing happens whether or not you “believe” in it.
Will I have to share my whole life story?
No. You’re always in charge of what you share. Sometimes the most powerful shifts happen through body awareness, somatic release, or guided processes — without needing to retell everything from the past or relive past trauma. You’ll never be pushed to go further than feels safe and you can release in many gentle ways.
How many sessions will I need?
Everyone’s journey is unique. Some clients feel real change after just a few sessions, while others choose to work over a longer period for deeper integration. We’ll always discuss your needs and goals together so it feels supportive and manageable for you.
What if I get emotional or overwhelmed during a session?
That’s completely natural. Healing often brings emotions to the surface, and we are here to guide you through it safely. We work gently and at your pace, with techniques that help your nervous system regulate so you feel grounded before you leave the session.
